How our charter pricing works
Our vehicles are based in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya and Sapporo. For trips starting or ending outside these areas, the vehicle is dispatched from the nearest garage, and charter time and distance are counted from garage departure until the vehicle returns.
A 10-hour charter therefore includes the driver's travel to your pick-up point and back to the garage.
Example: Hakone → Nagano. The vehicle leaves Tokyo, drives to Hakone, takes you to Nagano, then returns to Tokyo. This usually exceeds 10 hours, so we quote it separately.
For routes outside these four areas, please send your pick-up and drop-off locations and we'll quote based on actual distance.
