Private travel · Tailor-made Japan

A private Japan journey built around the people travelling.

Miramar plans the route as one connected experience—where to stay, how to move, what to prioritise and where the itinerary needs breathing room.

Shared trip

Non-golf Companions

Parallel plans help players and non-players enjoy the same journey without forcing every day to be identical.

An enquiry begins planning; hotels, activities, vehicles and tee times are confirmed only after availability checks and agreed terms.

Practical questions

Questions before we plan.

Is there a minimum group size or trip length?

No hard threshold. We have designed a two-golfer Kawana pilgrimage and a fifteen-player team expedition alike. The shape of the journey decides — not a rule.

Can you arrange just one round at Kawana, with the rest of the trip handled on our own?

Yes. Standalone course bookings are charged per round, and if the rest of your itinerary is already set, we are glad to add only the piece that matters most.

How far in advance should we start?

Availability at championship courses and fine ryokan moves by the week. Three months ahead is a comfortable start; six months for cherry blossom and autumn seasons. The earlier the conversation, the more doors we can open.
