Sixteen golfers, four days, four rounds. The group wanted to play as much good golf as they could — without packing and unpacking every night. So we kept them in one hotel in Narita and brought the courses to them.
This is a completed custom journey, shown as a case study rather than a fixed-price package. A new trip is planned around your dates, tee-time availability and group size.
The brief
Big group, zero chaos
Sixteen people is four full groups on the tee sheet. That means four tee times in a row, four sets of bags, and sixteen people who all need to be in the right place at the right time.
The group didn’t want to spend their trip on logistics. They wanted to show up, play, eat well and do it again the next day.

Same hotel all four nights, so nobody repacks and every morning starts the same way.

Tee times booked back to back, so the whole group starts and finishes close together.

An easy first round close to the hotel — a good way to shake off the flight.

A well-kept, strategic layout that gets the group into its rhythm.
03Miho Golf Club
The longest transfer of the trip, so we left a little earlier this morning.
04Taiheiyo Club Narita Course
A strong finish — and just a short ride back to Narita.
Day by day
The rhythm of the trip
Arrival and round one — Taiei Country Club
Pick-up by private coach, straight to the course, then check in at the Narita hotel that becomes home for the week.
Round two — PGM Sohsei Golf Club
Same departure time, same coach. Four groups tee off back to back, then it’s dinner together in Narita.
Round three — Miho Golf Club
The longest drive of the trip, so we start a bit earlier. Worth it.
Final round — Taiheiyo Club Narita Course, then home
One last round, a short ride back, and an easy transfer to the airport or onward.
