Questions before you travel
Is this a shared group or a private tour?
This is a private tour for two guests, with a dedicated chauffeur. No shared vehicle and no fixed-group timetable.
Can I choose the golf courses?
Yes. Standard selections include: • Day 2: Nishi Tokyo GC / Tsuru CC • Day 3: Sankyo GC / Gotemba CC • Day 4: Taiheiyo Club Gotemba West / Fuji Classic You may request specific courses or reorder them.
What is included in the two nights at the onsen hotel?
Kawaguchiko onsen hotel includes: • Half-board (dinner + breakfast) • Traditional Japanese onsen facilities • Scenic lake or mountain view rooms (depending on hotel)
Can non-golfers join the trip?
Yes. We offer custom sightseeing routes for non-golfers: • Kawaguchiko lakeside walk • Mt. Fuji World Heritage Center • Sengen Shrine • Shopping at outlets They will meet the golfers in the evening.
What does the private chauffeur service include?
• Ten hours of vehicle use per day • Airport pickup & drop-off • Luggage assistance • Comfortable Toyota Alphard or HiAce Overtime or rerouting may incur additional costs.
Will weekend golf fees increase?
Yes. Weekend and holiday green fees at Mt. Fuji region courses are typically higher. Exact pricing will be confirmed individually and listed in the quotation.
What are the payment terms?
Deposit: 25% via Stripe (online card payment) Balance: Cash or Japanese domestic bank transfer on Day 1.
Can the itinerary be customized?
Yes. You may: • Upgrade to Hakone onsen for the third night • Change golf course order • Add extra nights in Tokyo • Request restaurant reservations • Arrange separate activities for non-golfers
