Absolutely. Solo Golf Project is designed for golfers who want to enjoy golf in Japan without organising their own foursome.

You can sign up on your own, and the standard package includes a private single room — no need to share with a stranger.

Friends and couples are also welcome. Two paying golfers sharing a twin or double room receive a JPY 9,000 discount per person, subject to room availability.

Solo Golf Project operates with a minimum of 4 confirmed golfers.

Once the minimum number is reached and the golf courses and accommodation are confirmed, Miramar will send an official departure confirmation by email.

We recommend booking your international flights only after receiving this confirmation.

If Miramar cancels the departure because the minimum group size has not been reached, all package payments and deposits received will be fully refunded.

We expect around 16 or more golfers per departure, although the actual number may vary.

Golfers generally play in groups of four. Miramar coordinates playing groups and tee times.

Golfers of different skill levels are welcome, provided they understand basic golf etiquette and maintain a reasonable pace of play.

All three rounds are planned as self-play, without caddies.

The three scheduled golf courses provide electric golf carts equipped with GPS navigation. Each group of four golfers will generally share one cart, subject to course regulations.

We recommend bringing your own clubs. Rental sets may be available upon advance request, typically around JPY 5,000 per set, per round, subject to availability and specifications.

Solo Golf Project is a planned golf package featuring three selected courses. Individual course substitutions are not available.

The scheduled courses are Chotaro Country Club, Kyo Country Club and Glenoaks Country Club. Final arrangements are subject to booking confirmation.

If you are travelling with two or more golfers and have particular courses in mind, Miramar can arrange a separate tailor-made private golf journey, including accommodation and transportation.

Private arrangements are quoted separately, and all course bookings are subject to availability and course requirements.

Solo Golf Project is designed primarily as a complete 5-day, 4-night journey with three rounds of golf. We do not offer a standard one- or two-day rate for joining part of the group.

If you only have one day available, explore our separate Private Golf Day in Japan.

This private service is designed for 2–4 golfers and includes a dedicated chauffeur and vehicle. The per-person cost is therefore higher, with reference prices ranging from approximately JPY 55,000 to JPY 75,000, depending on group size and booking conditions.

Single-golfer bookings and individual walk-on pairings are not available for our Private Golf Day, as arrangements with unrelated players at Japanese courses may be uncertain or subject to cancellation.

Private two-day golf arrangements are also available upon request for two or more golfers, with separate quotations.

The package includes four nights of accommodation with hotel breakfasts, three 18-hole golf rounds with basic golf-club lunches, a Japanese BBQ welcome dinner, scheduled golf course transfers and designated Narita Airport transfers.

International flights are not included.

Travel and golf insurance, golf club rentals, other dinners, personal expenses and additional private transfers are not included.

On arrival day, transfers depart Narita Airport at 12:00, 14:00 and 16:00.

On departure day, transfers leave the hotel at 08:00, 11:00 and 15:00.

If these schedules do not work for your flights, you may arrange your own train or taxi transportation at your own expense.

Please complete hotel check-in by 17:30 on the first day to join the welcome dinner.

Choose your room arrangement and pay the deposit securely through Stripe.

Private Single Room: JPY 189,000 per golfer, with a JPY 89,000 credit card deposit and JPY 100,000 remaining balance payable in Japan.

Shared Twin / Double Room: JPY 180,000 per golfer. For two golfers, the combined credit card deposit is JPY 160,000, with a combined balance of JPY 200,000 payable in Japan.

No additional credit card handling fee applies to the deposit. The balance is normally paid in Japanese yen cash on the first day.

After your deposit payment, Miramar will review your booking details and send a separate written reservation confirmation. Successful payment alone does not confirm all golf course, accommodation and departure arrangements.

The Solo Golf Project has its own cancellation and refund conditions:

• 35 days or more before departure: Free cancellation.
• 29–34 days before departure: 10% of the full package price.
• 21–28 days before departure: 20% of the full package price.
• 3–20 days before departure: 30% of the full package price.
• 1–2 days before departure: The paid deposit is non-refundable.
• On the departure date or no-show: 100% of the full package price.

Cancellation charges are calculated per traveller based on the full package price. Any applicable refundable balance will be returned after deducting the relevant charges.

These guest cancellation conditions are separate from a cancellation initiated by Miramar because the minimum group size has not been reached.
