Golf Day Trips from Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto
We pick you up from your hotel in Tokyo, Osaka or Kyoto. Standard package prices are the same in both regions.
Tokyo & Mt. Fuji
Add a golf day to your Tokyo stay. We’ll pick you up from your Tokyo hotel and select a suitable course — in the Tokyo area or out towards Mt. Fuji — based on your date and availability. Courses near Mt. Fuji mean a longer day; we’ll confirm the timing and any additional charter time before you book.

Enjoy a round during your stay in Osaka or Kyoto, with the same standard package prices and private return hotel transfers.
Choose Osaka or KyotoOur vehicles are based in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. If you are staying outside these cities — for example in Hakone or near Mt. Fuji — the vehicle travels from the nearest garage, and the time to reach you and return (around 4 hours from Tokyo) is included in the charter time. These trips, airport transfers and different drop-off locations are quoted separately.
Private Golf Day Prices
One golf day, clear group prices. The same standard package prices apply from Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. Prices are per golfer and shown in Japanese yen.
Bringing your own clubs? Save JPY 5,000 for each golfer who brings their own set. Your group can mix rental clubs and personal clubs — the booking form calculates the exact total.
Prices apply to the standard package on eligible dates and within the stated pickup areas. A requested golf course, additional luggage or a larger vehicle may require a separate quote. Any changes to the price must be agreed before payment.
A Day of Golf in Japan
Please allow a full day. From central Tokyo, the planned hotel-to-hotel service is approximately 11 hours, depending on the course and traffic. Courses near Mt. Fuji take longer.
Pickup at Your Hotel
Your chauffeur meets you at the agreed pickup point. Departure time is planned around your course location and tee time.
Arrive & Get Ready
We aim to arrive approximately 45–60 minutes before tee-off for check-in, rental-club collection and preparation.
Play the First Nine
Head out for the first half of your round in an electric golf cart.
Lunch at the Clubhouse
A break for lunch before continuing. The included menu or meal allowance is stated in your booking details.
Play the Back Nine
Enjoy the remaining nine holes. The exact order and lunch schedule depend on the course.
Return to Your Hotel
Meet your chauffeur after golf for the private journey back to your hotel.

Your chauffeur assists with the journey and check-in; this is not a golf lesson or an escorted round.
The course
Miramar selects the course according to your departure area, travel date and availability. Your confirmation will include the course name, tee time and pickup details. Have a course in mind? Tell us when booking and we’ll check it for you.
The vehicle
Our standard vehicle is a Toyota Alphard for up to four golfers with light day bags, with rental clubs collected at the course. Please declare all personal golf bags and other luggage when booking. A larger vehicle may be needed for extra equipment; any upgrade will be explained and priced before payment.
Are the prices the same in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto?
Yes. Our standard package prices are the same in Kanto and Kansai for eligible dates and pickup areas. Special requests are priced separately.
Can we choose a specific golf course?
Yes — you’re welcome to send us the course you have in mind, and we’ll check availability for you. Please note that top-tier courses are difficult to book for two golfers on weekends and public holidays, and a premium course will cost more than the standard package. We’ll confirm the price before you book.
Can some golfers rent clubs while others bring their own?
Yes. Select the number of golfers bringing their own clubs and we’ll deduct JPY 5,000 per person from the group total. Please also tell us how many golf bags will travel in the vehicle.
Can I request left-handed clubs or a particular type of set?
Please include your requirements when booking. Rental availability and any special equipment request must be confirmed before the booking is finalised. A specific brand or model is not guaranteed.
Will we be paired with other golfers?
No. Your group plays on its own — we do not pair you with other golfers. Your vehicle is private to your group as well.
What kind of golf cart will we use?
We arrange electric riding golf carts for your round.
Can non-golfers join us?
Yes. Non-golfers are welcome to ride along. After your group tees off, the chauffeur can take them to nearby sights and bring them back to the course in time for the return journey.
Can we play a course near Mt. Fuji?
Yes. We pick you up from your Tokyo hotel and can arrange a course in the Mt. Fuji area. The drive is longer than for courses around Tokyo, so the day is longer too; we’ll confirm the timing and any additional charter time before you book.
We’re staying in Hakone or near Mt. Fuji. Can you pick us up there?
Yes, but it is quoted separately. Our vehicles are based in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto, so the drive from Tokyo to your hotel and back to the garage — around 4 hours in total — counts towards the charter time. Send us your hotel and date and we’ll give you an exact price.
Can we visit shops or another attraction afterwards?
Time is usually limited. A golf day from central Tokyo takes around 11 hours hotel to hotel, so there is rarely room for extra stops. If you would like one, request it in advance — additional stops or a different drop-off location may cost extra.
Is my booking confirmed as soon as I submit it?
Your reservation is confirmed once Miramar has secured the course, transport and any required rental equipment, and sent your booking confirmation. A submission acknowledgement is not a booking confirmation.
What if we need to cancel?
At most courses, cancelling three to four days or more before your golf day is free of charge. If you cancel within three days of the date, the golf course charges a cancellation fee — typically around JPY 10,000 per golfer. The exact terms for your course will be confirmed with your booking.
