Yes. Miramar Japan can plan accommodation, private transportation, sightseeing, dining and other agreed arrangements around the travel dates, group size and preferred destinations. We can also review an initial itinerary supplied by the traveller and advise on practical routing and timing.
What information is needed for an initial review?
The main information is the proposed travel dates, number of guests, arrival and departure airports, preferred destinations, room arrangements and required services. A target budget and any mobility, dietary or special travel requirements also help us prepare a more suitable proposal.
When do reservations begin?
An initial quotation does not reserve hotels, vehicles or other services. Reservations normally begin after the programme, payment requirements and booking conditions have been accepted and the required deposit has been received, subject to the individual quotation and supplier availability.
