Ashiya and Rokko move through more pronounced contours and place a premium on judging elevation and direction. Each nine is par 36; black-tee totals are 3,337, 3,434, 3,335 and 3,236 yards respectively.

Strategy and difficulty

The generous visual scale encourages aggressive driving, yet scoring depends on choosing the correct side of the landing area and preserving a workable angle into the green. Water defines decisions on the broader nines, while uneven lies and elevation changes shape the mountain-side nines. Tee and nine selection should be matched to the group rather than treated as interchangeable.
