Private Golf Group
Four Days and Four Rounds from a Narita Base

A private group of 16 golfers used Narita as a fixed accommodation base for four consecutive rounds. Miramar coordinated the private coach, course check-in requirements and daily timing around each course’s distance and first tee schedule.

The Brief

A Group Journey Requires More Than Four Tee Times

Sixteen golfers played in four groups each day. The work extended beyond course selection to meeting times, coach departures, check-in, golf bags, luggage, lunch and the daily return to the fixed hotel.

Narita remained the fixed accommodation base, with each departure planned around course distance and tee time. The group could experience four distinct courses without changing hotels.

A fixed base reduced luggage handling, while a private coach kept all sixteen golfers, golf bags and daily transfers together.
