Miramar Japan Golf & Travel
Private Japan Golf Trips for Groups of 8–24
Fully chauffeured golf trips for societies, corporate outings and friends travelling together. Every itinerary below is one we have planned, routed and run — not a brochure package.
What a group gets that a booking site cannot
Eight or more players means eight sets of clubs, one vehicle, and tee times that have to hold together across several prefectures. The points below are what we plan around on a group trip; the detail is set per itinerary.
Accommodation planned around the route
Depending on the routing, a group either stays in one hotel throughout or moves in stages. Either way the plan keeps the drive between hotel and course reasonable.
Clubs and luggage planned in
A private vehicle is arranged for the trip, and the movement of clubs and luggage is planned with the route — between the airport, each hotel and every course.
Language support arranged to suit the group
Driver and on-site assistance are coordinated to the group’s language needs, covering check-in, tee-off and clubhouse arrangements where the itinerary calls for it.
Non-golfers looked after
Partners who do not play get their own day plan while the group is on the course, on routes the vehicle already covers.

Questions groups ask first
How many players do we need?
Eight is where group pricing and a dedicated vehicle start to make sense. Smaller parties are welcome on our private travel itineraries instead.
Can partners who do not play join?
Yes. Non-golfers are priced separately and given their own day plan while the group is on the course.
What happens to our clubs?
Clubs travel with the group in the private vehicle — airport, hotel, course and back. Handling between hotels is planned into the route.
How far ahead should we book?
Three months for most dates. Longer for cherry-blossom and autumn weeks, or when a championship course is on the list.
Not travelling as a group? See the private journeys we have planned and run for couples and smaller parties.
Planning a group trip for next season?
Send us the month and the headcount. We come back with a routed itinerary, the courses we can hold, and a per-person figure.
